Events & Parties at Clarks Inn Suites, Raipur
Clarks Inn Suites, Raipur offers several event venues on VIP Road, including a banquet hall, a boardroom, a conference hall and a lawn. These venues are suited to conduct wedding ceremonies, birthdays, social parties, conferences and business affairs.
Boardroom and Kitty Hall
For smaller, more intimate affairs the Boardroom offers a compact U-shape for up to 18 people, while for larger gatherings, up to 40, Kitty Hall (596 sq. ft.) lays out in a theatre format. All five of the hotel's function rooms offer a diverse range of sizes without forcing you to choose between a smaller group and preferred set up.
Classique and Kohinoor
Classique is a large indoor hall at 5,200 sq. ft., good for bigger social gatherings and corporate events, with a theatre capacity of 200. Kohinoor, at 3,080 sq. ft. and a similar 200-person theatre capacity, works well as a conference space for corporate groups.
Grassia Lawn
The largest of the venues, Grassia Lawn spans over 11,000 sq. ft. and is built for big outdoor events. It can seat up to 500 guests theatre-style, with flexible layouts including U-shape and cluster seating depending on the event. It's the venue most guests book for weddings and large receptions, given the space and the fact that it's outdoors.
Lawn
Apart from the indoor venues, our hotel also offers an outdoor lawn where guests can conduct parties. It sprawls across an area of 10800 sq. ft., accommodating up to 600 guests. Our lawn can be used for wedding parties and similarly big celebrations.
